There is a lot of misinformation in society about female fat loss and my goal is to teach you how to burn fat and keep it off whilst enjoying food you love and training.
Having competed in bikini competitions in the past I have been subject to strict dieting regimes, yo-yo dieting and excessive cardio prescription which left me in a hormonal mess. I experienced adrenal maladaptation, metabolic down-regulation and an array of gut health issues. This lead me on a quest for ANSWERS.
When you join our team, I take a holistic approach to coaching and look at all aspects of your health; including hormones, digestion, sleep, stress, injuries, body image issues, self-sabotage, mindset and eating patterns to get the results you want. I place a large emphasis on education when you join our team which is designed to empower you to live a healthy balanced lifestyle.
